National Wattle Day
Happy Wattle Day! “…as the wattle blossoms gold to celebrate the changing seasons of our land, let us blossom gold to celebrate the changing seasons of man” unknown Australian. To many Australians the wattle stands for home, country, kindred, sunshine and love – instincts that Integral Yoga Hatha deeply enshrines. On 1 September 1988 Golden Wattle was officially proclaimed as the floral emblem of Australia, and today, the newly released $5 bank note features sprigs of wattle. Integrating the basic hatha sequence, poetry and chant, our yoga class on Saturday 3 September will acknowledge this glorious tree. Allow your heart and mind to blossom with the vibrant transformational possibilities of our spring programs.

Lunar Eclipse – Saturday 17 September 9:00-10:30am, $22/$19 concession, or use your class card
The energy of the full moon inspires us to open our heart to ourselves and to others. A penumbral lunar eclipse takes place when the moon moves through the faint, outer part of the earth’s shadow. The auspicious energy of the full moon, together with the company of others sharing a similar vision, helps facilitate an awareness of calm and stillness. We will flow through the foundational Integral Yoga sequence with an emphasis on harmonising the practices with the natural qualities of peace associated with our true nature. Please let me know if you have any queries.
